i am like BROKE.

not broke but BROKE - as in SUPER BROKE.

i returned home couple of weeks ago after my OZ rendevous with about $250 left in my bank.

i have since ALMOST exhausted the money.

Arrrgh - and i want a new camera.

my IXUS 40 just isnt working for me anymore, mate.

the lack of my desire optical zoom is one gigantic problem. it's only 3x optical zoom.

the video mode doesnt allow us to zoom and uses alot of battery.

i was in orchard road recently and saw this ad when i was down on an escalator.

the CANON POWERSHOT TX-1.

and it's a hybrid of digital camera and digital camcorder.

A BLOODY HYBRID.

my solution to good photos and good videos at my concerts.

apparently CNET gave a lousy review say its not "ergonomically designed".

my thinking is... as long as it does its job.

it's just perfect.

RPP $799. Which is not too bad considering i bought my IXUS 40 at its peak and spent around $650.

So i am selling my IXUS 40 if anyone is interested or know of anyone who's interested.

My IXUS 40 is in excellent condition - only reason for letting it go - i need something more.

Aaaah - i know i need a job.

But i think i'll take my time and find a really good one.
