Stupid comments

Oh well. I was a pretty big kuku few months back when i just started out this blog. I wanted to let readers leave comments on my blog but i couldnt quite figure out how, try as i might. Image hosted by Photobucket.com

I realised i was reading the "HELP" section on blogger, at 2 different locations (SG & OZ), at separate times, there is a pretty big insight.
I couldnt quite figure out what Blogger was trying to tell me the other time. I thought all they wrote in the section were very technical & a technicality-impaired person like me, would NEVER be able to figure out what they are tryin to tell me. I was under a lot of stress previously (i still am now, in fact more stressed) cos i spent endless nights designing this skin (FROM THE BLOODY SCRATCH) and being the perfectionist that i am, i was pretty....erm....obsessed.

Probably impatient to read all that junk & just get someone to do it for me, which of cos, is impossible.

Yet again, im having problems with the solution i had for the previous problem. Mr. Tham told me to use any of the external servers for comments out of the list that he gave me. And yes i did, choose COMMENTTHIS.com & they were pretty ok. Even lets u add those emoticons for a personal touch to the comments.

BUT THEY HAD A BLOODY SERVER FAILURE. Image hosted by Photobucket.com

What the hell.

People couldnt leave comments on my blog, and they couldnt read what was written before that.
How damn bloody freakin frustrating. Image hosted by Photobucket.com

So, i gave a go at the BLOGGER HELP SECTION one more time, hoping for a miracle.

And yes, heavens is taking pity on the birthday gal. Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Somehow, i realised that the HELP section, wasnt that difficult to read after all. I took less than half an hour to get it all going. Now my comments is up & running. How delightful.

It's amazing what the same piece of text meant differently at different times. U know what i mean? The state & condition that u were in when interpreting the text played a great deal.

And most probably, i've read some of the most difficult journal articles & texts & theories that the technicality junk at BLOGGER HELP SECTION just fades in comparison in terms of the difficulty level.

And benefit out of it. Image hosted by Photobucket.com

nv know what it's gonna do for u. Image hosted by Photobucket.com
ta!

PS: as a result of the failed server of my previous comments, all the comments were lost. Sorry guys! Im as sorry as you are.

cool. comments back. and being the extremist, i really believe everyone of us should boycott american stupid variety shows. they are downright stupid, superficial, full of sex and imparting wrong values to their audiences, irresponsible boardcasters who care nothing but their viewership. i totaly condemn them. lastest hatred being the idol shop. wanna hang those judges. and i saw the email. we love u too damn it.

some tv programmes are made for entertainment - they might be crap but there's lots to learn from them (thats how i feel). There're what u called onion layers? Multiple layers - u jus gotta peel it through to know whats gd & whats not. Its entirely the viewer's discretion to decide which show is worthy that 1 or 2 hours. :)

Singapore idol sux - but american idol i thought was good. Jus that Americans suck. :P bleah!!
