When you are single, you'll probably feel damn blardy miserable on this day. (Do i even need to explain why????? u kuku??)

When you are attached or with someone that you're seeing on a pretty permanent basis (unless something unexpected happens), you have a headache like what to buy and where to go (possibly what to wear).

When you are married (note this is different from pt 2 as this would be classified as seeing someone on a daily basis), you get a migrane PLUS you are miserable cos you'd probably spent V-Day a million times (with your spouse or plus some other times with other pple) & you seriously get so bored of all those flowers, chocolates, dinners (beach, restaurant, cafes, bars, carparks, parks) & you've run out of ideas. (Maybe can try the staircase?) :)

So i really dunno what's so happy about Valentines' Day.

Erm.....BUT!!!!!!!!!!!

Nonetheless, we can always pretend to be happy afterall everybody's happy today or at least they look like they are......

C'est la vie.

Where are you from?

I dont especially get alot of hits per day. I know there is a kind of counter that tells how many visitors you get a day PLUS the TOTAL hits to your site.

Mine looks stupid & basic (and probably cheap) cos it's just a box sitting prettily at the side of the page. HAH! That's what i see cos im a Mozilla user. The counter will appear at the left hand side of the page. For all other users like Netscape & IE, the counter will be centralised, am i right?

Well, the seemingly benign counter is actually a genius in disguise. Which takes one to know what to use. :)

My counter can tell where ALL my visitors from. Like which ISP they using, their IP addy, location (SG, US, Taiwan etc), how long you've stayed at my blog & where did you come from?

Meaning, did you come to my blog through a link on my friend's blog? Or through some other ways. I realised quite a substantial visits come from my friends' blog links. They put my blog link on their blog & i get traffic. Simple.

Some came through yahoo search. Very often, it's the apple ipod search that brought them here, followed by those looking for FELICIA CHIN FHM PICTURES.

Hmmm, i did casually mention about that in one of my entry & the topic wasnt even on her. It's just one line.

I guess the fans of FC must be feeling reall disappointed not JUST being unable to find what they want, but also to tolerate the ranting that i have for their idol.

Im glad i dont get criticised or hate mail in my mail or on the comments.

Speaking of comments, nobody leaves comments!! Why?

Well, Mr Alson has kindly done the honour by leaving the first comments on this blog. Alson, you made history!! Ha....

I will try to make my blog a little more interesting, and i intend to put a tag-board.

BUT!!!!!!!!!!!

Takes time. Cos im pretty busy....then i have to sit down & rethink the design of this blog.
Like where to put the tagboard so that it appears synonymous with the funky girl from pinuptoons.com :)

Any other ideas are welcomed though i believe what you've thought, i must've thought about it already. Ha!

Speaking of English accent, i ADORE Englishmen.

J'aime beaucoup homme du l'anglais.
(Supposed to be "I like Englishmen very much" in French)

Well, we were taught the different nouns & verbs & adjectives in order to form a sentence. So based on my memory, that was what i could do.

Anybody who speaks or know French, feel free to correct me if you simply cant stand "kuku" people whose sentence is a little off. :)

I took French for 2 years out of my 3 years of fantastic poly life. So i know a thing or two, although im not the least prolific. Language requires you to speak it often. Unfortunately for me, besides the occasional "tu es con!" to my dogs, i hardly get to practice.

btw, "tu es con" means "you are stupid". (Pronounced as "tu", "eh" , "con")

The fact that i like Englishmen very much explains why i'm such a huge fan of Simon Cowell. And of cos Jude Law. Chris Martin (yummy...) Oooooh, Robbie Williams!

Speaking of Jude Law, i've just caught Alfie last Friday. Averagely nice show.
How's that so?

What with the delicious Jude Law as Alfie & all the beautiful women in a beautiful city?

Sad ending.



I hate sad endings.

I've just read 3 chapters of a book which i THOUGHT was funny. But it isn't.

I skipped to the last 2 pages trying to know the ending.

It was a tragic ending. I couldnt bring myself to continue the book. Therefore i didnt buy.

Justice no more

Can anybody just turn off the irritating music on The Practice that they have been playing in ALL of their seasons ALL the freaking time something undesirable happens in the courtroom, or any place else?????????????

Phew! I hope my wrinkles doesnt become more obvious! This is how agitated i can get...... sometimes.

I've just watched another episode of my favourite show & this episode is exceptionally "controversial" & it left me emotionally intrigued.

Todd Beck, 20 yrs old, has been shot in the shoulder by a cop even after he raised both his hands to surrender, which is inadmissible by the Govt cos its illegal. But the police did fire at him.

Why did they do that???

Cos he shot a cop.

Did he really shoot the cop? He didnt. He was in the bar & heard gun shots. He ran to take cover but in the end, mistaken for being the shooter.

His friend, Joe Moran, was frantically looking for Jimmy Beludi over the phone but Tyra answered it & asked Jamie to handle the case instead.

They rushed down to the hospital wanting to see Todd. Instead, what did they see?

Torture.

Todd, after being shot in the shoulder was being locked up in a room in the hospital. With a lot of cops in that room pressuring him for an answer. And on his wound.
They deprive that kid with the right to seek treatment & they tried to coerce a confession out of him, sticking things onto his wound.

All you can hear was Todd's agonising scream.

Agonising.

They tried to get the FBI, the judge to suppress what they do but they couldnt. 5 lawyers at the hospital. No one could do nothing.

Eugene was outraged. I feel the same.

Then they decided to allow Todd for treatment & arrested Joe. Claiming that Todd has confessed that Joe was the shooter.

So they arrested Joe. And then the DA (district attorney) who's been an asshole in ALL of the seasons, came back to Joe asking him to confess & testify that Todd was actually the shooter.

That was treacherous.

They couldnt use Todd's confession had Todd confessed to the crime because legally you cant use a statement that was obtained under torture & coercion.

So they made Todd sign a confession indicating Joe was the shooter. THEN, threaten Joe with a prosecution to testify that Todd was the actual shooter. In this waty, they could technically & legallly use Joe's testimony.

Despicable.

Later on they showed the cop died & a black woman (colleague) crying & sobbing sadly.

What the f**k? so what if a freakin cop died?

They are trying to just penalise SOMEONE. ANYONE, as a matter of fact. They dont care about justice. They dont care about arresting the REAL shooter. They just wanna arrest someone, make him confess & do the PR thingy showing to the widow of the cop & the world that they take all these seriously & the police will catch the real shooter & do justice.

Bullshit. Total Bullshit.

Like what the judge said, he is horrified knowing that his kid will grow up & become a DA or a cop. And they dared to despise defence lawyers for their job because they defend rapists & murderers?

Eugene was agitated in court as he seeks to find justice in the courtroom again.

haiz, if you're a fan of this show, you know what im talking about.

gawd, everytime after the show, i'll feel.........so helpless. Like how they felt at the hospital.
And i hate the feeling of helplessness.
